摘要
目的:观察电针前后阴虚体质人体督脉红外显示特征,并与平和体质比较,探讨电针对人体体质调节作用机制。方法:应用Thermo Tracer TH9100型红外热像仪观察19名阴虚体质电针前后督脉循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM)变化规律,并与平和体质进行比较。结果:电针前阴虚体质体表督脉IRRTM不连续,与阴虚体质比较,平和体质体表督脉IRRTM相对比较连贯。电针前,阴虚体质督脉上腰阳关、中枢、至阳各穴位平均体表温度高于平和体质(P<0.05)。与同体质电针前比较,电针命门穴,阴虚体质组腰阳关、中枢、至阳3穴体表温度显著降低(P<0.01),而平和体质组3穴均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:电针对不同体质督脉体表温度的调节有所不同,它可使阴虚体质督脉体表温度降低,而平和体质相应穴位体表温度升高。
Objective: To observe the characteristics of human governor vessel infrared display of yin deficiency before and after electroacupuncture, and compared with the normal constitution, to explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture regulation on human body constitution. Methods: To observe the change in infrared radiant track along meridian course(IRRTM) of the 19 volunteers of the yin deficiency group before and after electroacupuncturing governor vessels with Thermo Tracer TH9100 Infrared thermography instrument(produced by NEC, Japan), and compared with the normal constitution. Results: Under natural condition, IRRTM of the governor vessels of the yin deficiency group showed discontinuous, and that of the normal constitution is relatively coherent compared with the yin deficiency constitution. Before the electroacupuncture treatment, the average body surface temperature of each acupoint on the governor vessels is higher than that of the normal constitution after needling Mingmen(GV4)(P<0.05). Compared with before electroacupuncture treatment, after needling Mingmen, the body surface temperature of Yaoyangguan, Zhongshu and Zhiyang in yin deficiency constitution group decreased(P<0.01), while that of normal constitution group increased(P<0.01). Conclusion: After the electroacupuncture treatment, the IRRTM distribution characteristics of different constitution of the Governor vessels are not the same. The electroacupuncture can reduce the governor channel’s body surface temperature of yin deficiency constitution, and increase the temperature of normal constitution.
