摘要
目的:观察大学生练功前后甲皱微循环的变化情况,探讨推拿功法少林内功锻炼对手部温度的影响。方法:随机选取上海中医药大学在校大学生60名,开展12周的少林内功锻炼。使用WX-9型微循环显微仪,观察少林内功锻炼前后大学生甲皱微循环的改变情况。结果:经过12周少林内功锻炼,功法组大学生甲皱微循环的血流速度、输入枝管径、输出枝管径、袢顶管径较本组锻炼前均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:12周的少林内功锻炼能够有效改善大学生甲皱微循环。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shaolin Neigong on nail fold microcirculation in college students and to provide some evidence for the effect of traditional Chinese exercise on improving the individual circulatory functions. Methods: Sixty students in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected to participate in the study. The domestic microcirculation microscope WX-9-type was used to assess the students’ nail fold microcirculation before and after Shaolin Neigong exercise. Results: After 12 weeks Shaolin Neigong exercise, indicators of students’ nail fold microcirculation improved. There were significant differences in the indicators including the blood velocity, the loop length, and the diameters of afferent loop, efferent loop and top of loop before and after exercise(P<0.05). Conclusion: Twelve weeks Shaolin Neigong exercise can effectively improve the microcirculatory functions in college students.
