基于肝藏血主疏泄脏象理论辨治围绝经期综合征

Differentiation and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome based on the theory of visceral manifestations that liver storing blood and dispersing

围绝经期综合征的发生发展与肝藏血、主疏泄功能的失调密切相关。文章结合流行病学调查、当代医家临证与临床实践发现肝失疏泄、肝血不充是围绝经期综合征的重要病因病机;并提出了围绝经期综合征补肝柔肝、条畅气机等治疗大法。并在此基础上,根据兼证不同加减处方用药。

The occurrence and development of perimenopausal syndrome are closely related to the disorder of liver storing blood and dispersing. Combined with epidemiological investigation, clinical practice of contemporary physicians and clinical practice, it was found that liver failing to disperse and liver blood insufficiency are the important etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome. We put forward the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, such as tonifying the liver and softening the liver, leasing qiactivity and so on. On this basis, different prescriptions were added or subtracted according to concurrent syndromes.
