摘要
目的:观察复方玛咖胶囊对小鼠抗疲劳的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为4组:低、中、高剂量组(0.42、0.84、1.26g/kg)和空白对照组。连续30d经口灌胃复方玛咖胶囊后进行小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原、血乳酸、血清尿素的测定。结果:中、高剂量组小鼠平均游泳时间较空白对照组游泳时间显著延长(P<0.05,P<0.01);高剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量均高于空白对照组(P<0.01);高剂量小鼠3个时间点血乳酸曲线下面积均小于空白对照组(P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,中、高剂量显著降低游泳小鼠血清尿素(P<0.05)。结论:复方玛咖胶囊具有缓解体力疲劳的功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of Compound Maca Capsules on anti-fatigue in mice. Methods: Mice were randomly divided into four groups: low, medium and high dose groups(0.42, 0.84, 1.26 g/kg) and blank control group. The swimming time, hepatic glycogen, blood lactic acid and serum urea of mice were measured after oral administration of Compound Maca Capsules for 30 days. Results: The average swimming time of mice in middle and high dose groups was significantly longer than that of blank control group(P<0.05, P<0.01);the hepatic glycogen content of mice in high dose group was significantly higher than that of blank control group(P<0.01). The area under blood lactate curve of high dose mice at three time points was smaller than that of blank control group(P<0.05);the serum urea of swimming mice was significantly decreased at medium and high dose groups, and there was significant difference between middle and high dose groups and blank control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Maca Capsules has the function of alleviating physical fatigue.
