摘要
经大量文献调研,根据原材料的不同,分别介绍粉煤灰基、偏高岭土基、矿粉基地质聚合物混凝土力学性能,为进一步完善地质聚合物混凝土的研究提供依据。分析可知,通过掺加矿粉、硅灰、高岭土等可提高粉煤灰基地质聚合物混凝土力学性能;高岭土煅烧温度对偏高岭土基地质聚合物混凝土的影响较大;矿粉基地质聚合物混凝土具有较高的早期强度和较强的耐酸性能;铬渣、钨矿废泥等可用于制备地质聚合物混凝土。
After a lot of literature research,this paper introduces the mechanical properties of fly ash based,metakaolin-based and ore-based concrete according to the different raw materials,which provides a basis for further research on geopolymer concrete.The analysis shows that the mechanical properties of the fly ash base polymer concrete can be improved by adding mineral powder,silica fume and kaolin.The calcination temperature of kaolin has a great influence on the metakaolin base polymer concrete.Slag geopolymer concrete has high early strength and strong acid resistance.Chromium slag and tungsten ore waste mud can be used to prepare geopolymer concrete.
