高水头下不同螺栓连接管片纵缝接头受力性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为分析不同加载方式下不同螺栓连接管片纵缝接头受力性能,以湛江湾跨海盾构隧道工程管片接头为依托,采用数值仿真分析方法,通过建立管片接头模型,分析不同加载工况下接头变形机理,对比斜、弯螺栓连接接头对管片受力性能的影响。研究结果表明,在高水头工况下,管片所受轴力有利于提高接头承载力及其变形性能,弯螺栓连接接头承载力及变形性能优于斜螺栓连接接头,但差别较小,为方便施工,可优选斜螺栓作为盾构隧道管片接头的连接螺栓。 In order to discuss the mechanical performance of segment joints under different loading methods and different bolting connections,taking the segment joint of Zhanjiang Bay Cross-sea Shield Tunnel project as an example,the joint model of segment joints is established by numerical simulation analysis method and the deformation mechanism of the joints at every working condition is analyzed.The oblique bolts and bent bolts on the performance of the segment joints are compared.The results show that under high hydraulic pressure,the axial force of the segment is beneficial to improve the bearing capacity and deformation performance of the joint,and the bearing capacity and deformation performance of bent bolts are better than oblique bolts,but overall the difference can be ignored.For the convenience of construction,the segment joints of the shield tunnel under high water pressure can preferably be oblique bolt.
