以长沙滨江金融大厦地下室底板建筑层施工为依托,对防排水施工进行详细分析,着重介绍排水明沟+排水暗沟+窄槽+疏水板的施工技术。该施工技术可有效解决临江丘陵富水地带地下室底板常出现的渗漏、积水问题,还可对地下室剪力墙渗水进行快速遮挡处理,避免地下室内部环境潮湿及对建筑感官质量造成的影响。

Based on the construction of basement floor of the Changsha Binjiang Financial Building,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the waterproofing and drainage technology,and introduces the construction method of open ditch and blind ditch and narrow ditch and draining board.This construction technology can effectively solve the problems of leakage and water accumulation often occurred in basement floor near wide and rich aquifer area,and can also quickly cover the water seepage of basement shear walls,so as to avoid the damp internal environment of basement and the impact on the sensory quality of buildings.
