摘要
为了评定高频振动对工业数码电子雷管延期时间的影响,模拟电子雷管在运输和使用过程中可能经受的高频振动环境,对某型电子雷管的延期时间进行了试验分析。结果表明,经过振动试验后,延期时间明显提高。根据《火工品试验方法第32部分:高频振动试验》中表1和表2试验条件进行振动试验后,对延期时间的影响无差异。
In order to evaluate the influence of high frequency vibration on the delay time of industrial digital electronic detonator,the delay time of a certain type of electronic detonator was tested and analyzed by simulating the high frequency vibration environment that the electronic detonator might experience during transportation and use. The results show that the delay time increases obviously after vibration test. According to the test conditions in table 1 and table 2 of " methods of fire test-part 32: high frequency vibration test",there is no difference in the effect of vibration test on delay time.
