摘要
针对工信部对民爆生产线无人化、少人化的要求,笔者从安全、设备、控制、工艺等角度进行全面分析,研究设计出了一套混药工序的无人化自动控制系统。通过物料的自动加料、自动称重,对物料的重量、温度、密度、pH值等参数进行实时监控,控制混药的进程。既减少了在线生产人员,提高了自动化水平,又加强了生产过程中的本质安全性,提高了整个生产过程连续性。
Aiming at the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on unmanned and less humanized production line of civil explosion,the author studies and designs a set of unmanned automatic control system for mixing process from the perspectives of safety,equipment,control and technology. Through automatic feeding and weighing of materials,real-time monitoring is carried out on parameters such as weight,temperature,density and pH value of materials,so as to control the process of mixing drugs. It not only reduces the on-line production personnel,improves the automation level,but also strengthens the essential security in the production process and improves the continuity of the whole production process.
