摘要
针对某露天煤矿深孔台阶爆破效果存在的大块率和根底率较高的问题进行了原因查找与分析,找出大块、根底产生的部位和主要原因。在保持台阶高度、炮孔直径以及炸药品种不变的条件下,根据现场具体情况分析,通过选择合理爆破参数、优化装药结构及科学爆破施工管理等措施,爆破后明显降低了大块率和根底率,达到了改善爆破效果的目的,可为类似矿山提供借鉴。
In view of the problem of high block rate and root rate in the deep hole step blasting effect of an open pit coal mine,this paper analyzes the causes and finds out the parts and main causes of block and root. In keeping the bench height,hole diameter and explosive under the constant variety,according to the specific situation analysis,through selecting rational blasting parameters,optimization of charge structure and blasting construction scientific management measures,such as the rate of blasting chunk is significantly reduced after blasting and root rate,achieved the purpose of improving blasting effect,can provide reference for similar mines.
