东莞地区人群ApoE基因多态性及其与冠心病、高血压的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对东莞地区不同人群ApoE基因多态性分析,探究ApoE基因与冠心病、高血压等疾病之间的相关性。方法用“载脂蛋白E基因分型”基因芯片法检测冠心病、高血压患者的载脂蛋白E基因型。分析ApoE基因与冠心病、高血压之间的相关性。结果:对东莞地区2017年1月至2018年9月来康华医院的3249例整体就诊人群进行ApoE基因多态性分析。结果整体就诊人群的ε2、ε3、ε4等位基因分别占比14.04%、73.06%、12.90%。冠心病组ε2等位基因占比(10.94%)低于整体就诊人群组(14.4%)、正常对照组(15.91%)及高血压组(14.15%)(P<0.01)。冠心病合并高血压组ε4等位基因占比(20.16%)高于正常对照组(13.98%)及整体就诊人群组(12.09%)(P<0.05)。结论东莞地区3249例整体就诊人群ApoE基因多态性分布符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律,具有群体代表性。ε4等位基因与冠心病合并高血压呈正相关,ε2等位基因与冠心病则呈负相关。 Objective Through the polymorphism analysis of apolipoprotein E gene in Dongguan area,we can understand the correlation between apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism,coronary heart disease and hypertension in Dongguan.Methods The apolipoprotein genotype was used to detect apolipoprotein genotypes in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.The correlation between apolipoprotein E genotype and coronary heart disease and hypertension was analyzed.Results Analysis of the lipoprotein E gene polymorphism in 3249 patients from Kanghua Hospital in Dongguan from January 2017 to September 2018,theε2 allele accounted for 14.04%,ε3 Alleles accounted for 73.06%and theε4 allele accounted for 12.90%.Theε2 allele in the coronary heart disease group accounted for 10.94%lower than the whole patients group 14.04%(P<0.01),the normal control group 15.91%(P<0.01),and lower than the hypertension group 14.15%(P<0.01).Theε4 allele of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension group was 20.16%higher than the normal control group 13.98%(P<0.05)and the all patients12.09%(P<0.05).Conclusion The distribution of ApoE gene polymorphism in 3249 patients in Dongguan was consistent with Hardy-Weinberg's law of genetic balance and was representative of the population.Theε4 allele was a positive correlation between the coronary heart disease combined with hypertension group and the coronary heart disease group was negatively correlated with theε2 allele.
