摘要
采用电-好氧活性污泥系统降解废水中对氨基苯磺酸(SA),试验研究发现最适外加电压为0.1 V;较高电压可以加快SA的降解,但之后有明显下降.本试验采用间歇电刺激(3 h加电+5 h不加电)对SA的降解效果进行了研究.结果表明:连续电生物反应器(CEBR)、间歇电生物反应器(IEBR)和生物反应器(BR)中SA的降解均符合零级反应,其反应速率常数分别为0.069,0.092,0.075 mol/(L·h),间歇电刺激增强了微生物活性,提高了有机污染物的降解效率;污泥容积指数(SVI)依次为IEBR(77.10 mL/g)<BR(88.21 mL/g)<CEBR(262.14 mL/g),间歇电刺激增大了LB-EPS中蛋白质与多糖的比值和污泥颗粒粒径,提高了污泥沉降性.
The test found that the optimum applied voltage for degradation of is 0.1 V in an electro-aerobic activated sludge system.Higher voltage can accelerate the degradation of SA,which has a significant decline.In this study,the degradation effect of intermittent power-up was studied by intermittent electro-biological(applied voltage 3 h and without voltage 5 h).The results showed that the degradation of Sulfanilic Acid in continuous electro-biological reactors(CEBR),intermittent electrobiological reactors(IEBR)and biological reactors(BR)were in accordance with the zero-order reaction,and the rate constants were 0.069 mol/(L·h)and 0.092 mol/(L·h)and 0.075 mol/(L·h),respectively.It indicated that intermittent electrical stimulation can enhances microbial activity and improve the degradation efficiency of organic pollutants;the sludge volume index(SVI)is IEBR(77.10 mL/g)<BR(88.21 mL/g)<CEBR(262.14 mL/g),which indicated that intermittent electrical stimulation increases the ratio of protein to polysaccharide in LB-EPS and the particle size of sludge particles so that improve the sedimentation of sludge.
