在高校党建工作绩效评价体系的构成要素中,绩效指标体系是非常关键的因素之一。绩效指标体系的建构是确立结果为导向的评价体系的核心。在这一过程中,应注重绩效指标的明确性、全面性、可信性、有效性。尝试采用德尔菲法来建构指标体系,不仅能使高校党建工作变得可以测量和管理,而且促进高校党建工作的规范化和科学化。

The performance index system is one of the key factors in the performance evaluation system of party building in colleges and universities. The construction of the performance indicator system is one of core factors of the result-oriented evaluation system. In this process, we should pay attention to the clarity, comprehensiveness, credibility and effectiveness of the performance indicators, try to construct the index system using Delphi method, so that party building in colleges and universities can be measured and managed, and can promote the standardization and scientificization of party building in colleges and universities.
