高校学报编辑应努力防止边缘化

高校学报编辑作为一个编辑群体,因为环境和自身的制约,在地位、待遇、学术、心理和角色等方面存在边缘化的倾向,其原因在于学报的依附性、传统杂家观念的影响、内在发展动力和责任感的缺失、编辑角色能力的弱化。消除学报编辑的边缘化倾向,须得落实教育部有关编辑的文件精神,提高编辑的地位;完善相关制度,鼓励编辑从事学术研究;淡化杂家观念,树立专家意识;编辑自强不息,拒绝边缘化;强化角色意识,增强编辑责任。

As editors, university journal editors tend to be marginalized in career status, payment, academics, psychology and role because of restrictions in environment and themselves. This is due to university journal’s dependency and influence from various sides, lack of internal motivation and responsibility in development, and weakening of editorial roles. In order to ease the tendency, it is a must to implement relevant stipulations of the Ministry of Education to elevate roles of editors, complete relevant regulations to motivate editors to undertake academic research;and strengthen specialist view. Editors should persevere and refuse to be marginalized. They should strengthen awareness of their roles and editorial responsibilities.
