安全质量管理理念在西药房管理当中的应用价值

The Application Value of Safety Quality Management Concept in the Management of Western Pharmacy

目的观察分析安全质量管理理念在西药房管理当中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月至12月我院的400例患者作为对照组(实施安全质量管理前),选择2018年1月至12月我院的400例患者作为观察组(实施安全质量管理后),分别比较安全治疗管理实施前后药品滥用、过期、损坏等情况以及患者的满意度。结果对照组出现药品滥用、过期药品、药品损坏等明显高于观察组,P<0.05;对照组对药剂工作的满意度明显没观察组高,P<0.05。结论通过对西药房采取安全质量管理后,不良事件的发生率显著降低,药品的管理质量与患者满意度明显提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the application value of safety quality management concept in the management of western pharmacy. Methods From January to December 2017, 400 patients in our hospital were selected as the control group(before safety and quality management), 400 patients in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as observation groups(after implementation of safety and quality management), compare drug abuse, expiration, damage and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of safety treatment management. Results Drug abuse, expired drugs, and drug damage in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the control group on the drug work was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P< 0.05). Conclusion After adopting safety and quality management for western pharmacies, it can effectively improve the quality of management of drugs, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
