浅谈对老年人常见慢性疾病健康宣教的必要性

近年,随着人们生活饮食的变化,加之我国人口老龄化进程的加快,临床慢性疾病发生率呈现逐年增长的趋势。老年人相对中青年人群而言具有一定特殊性,身体机能处于不断下降阶段,机体各个脏器器官不断衰弱,且自身免疫抵抗能力不断下降,因此,易受到各类疾病的侵袭,威胁老年人生命健康以及生活质量,由此可见,针对老年群体结合其自身生理、心理特点,给予常见慢性疾病健康宣教具有必要性,可帮助老年人预防疾病发生,促进身心健康发展。本文分析我院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的老年人慢性疾病患者683例生理特点,分析其生活习惯,总结护理内容,以期为临床老年人慢性疾病防治提供参考资料。

In recent years, with the changes in people’s living diet and the acceleration of China’s population aging process, the incidence of clinical chronic diseases has been increasing year by year. The elderly have certain special characteristics compared with the young and middle-aged people. The body functions are in a declining stage. The organs of the body are constantly weakening, and their immune resistance is declining. Therefore, they are vulnerable to various diseases and threaten the lives of the elderly. Health and quality of life can be seen. It is necessary to give the elderly people a combination of their own physiological and psychological characteristics, and to provide health education for common chronic diseases. It can help the elderly to prevent diseases and promote physical and mental health. This article analyzes the physiological characteristics of 683 elderly patients with chronic diseases admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019, analyzes their living habits, and summarizes the nursing content, in order to provide reference materials for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly.
