某地农牧区原发性肝癌患者生命质量影响因素探究

Influencing Factors of Quality of Life of Patients with Primary Liver Cancer in a Farming and Pastoral Area

目的本研究旨在对原发性肝癌患者的生命质量进行评价,通过调查其在人口学及一般疾病特征因素上的现状,据此,分析影响其生命质量的因素,以期为改善生命质量提供依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,共120例为研究对象。实施问卷调查法,测量工具包括:一般人口学及临床资料调查问卷、生命质量测评量表。结果 120例原发性肝癌患者,其中平均年龄(51.79±11.20),生命质量总分(150.04±19.07)。在单因素分析中,文化程度、医疗付费方式、家庭收入、TNM分期等在生命质量总分、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能和症状副作用领域得分的某些领域上几组的差异是具有统计学意义(P<0.05),通过后续组内对比判定其正负影响关系;多因素分析中,肝功能分级、腹水、治疗方式、文化程度与生命质量总分成线性关系(P<0.05)。结论农牧区原发性肝癌患者生命质量处于中等水平;影响原发性肝癌患者生命质量因素有肝功能child-pugh分级、医疗付费、TNM分期、腹水、治疗方式、文化程度等。

Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer.By investigating their demographic and general disease characteristics, the factors affecting their quality of life are analyzed in order to provide evidence for improving the quality of life. Methods A total of 120 cases were selected by convenient sampling method. Questionnaire survey was carried out, including general demographic and clinical data questionnaire and quality of life scale. Results 120 patients with primary liver cancer, the average age was(51.79+11.20), and the total score of quality of life was(150.04±19.07). In univariate analysis, there were significant differences in the total score of quality of life, somatic function, social function, psychological function and symptoms and side effects of education,medical payment, family income and TNM stages in some areas(P<0.05). Positive and negative effects were determined by comparison in the follow-up group. In multivariate analysis, the total score of liver function, ascites, treatment, education and quality of life was linear(P< 0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer in farming and pastoral areas is in the middle level. The factors affecting the quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer include Child-Pugh grading of liver function, medical payment, TNM stage, ascites, treatment methods and educational level.
