探讨他汀类药物在老年冠心病患者中的应用效果

To investigate the Application Effect of Statins in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究他汀类药物在老年冠心病患者中应用的注意事项。方法回顾分析2012年3月至2017年3月于我院接受他汀类药物治疗1年内的冠心病患者500例,依据患者年龄将患者随机分为老年组(≥60岁)与非老年组(<60岁),两组分别为254、246例,两组均予以阿托伐他汀和瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较治疗后肝功能(GPT)、肌酸激酶等指标。结果 (1)两组患者之间的谷丙转氨酶结果进行对比:整理两组患者谷丙转氨酶结果之后,对患者在药物治疗后的谷丙转氨酶结果进行分析对比,老年组患者相与非老年组谷丙转氨酶增高的程度及例数,经过对比无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)两组患者之间的肌酸激酶情况进行对比:老年组患者与非老年组肌酸激酶增高的程度及例数,经过对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病在临床治疗的过程中他汀类药物治疗应用广泛,但需要加强肝功能、肌酸激酶的监测。

Objective To study the precautions for the application of statins in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of 500 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated with statin in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2017. According to the age of the patients, the patients were randomly divided into the elderly group(≥60 years old) and non-elderly patients. The group(<60 years old), 254 and 246 cases in the two groups were treated with atorvastatin and rosuvastatin, and the liver function(GPT) and creatine kinase were compared. Results(1) Comparison of alanine aminotransferase results between the two groups: After sorting the results of alanine aminotransferase in the two groups, the results of the alanine aminotransferase after drug treatment were analyzed and compared. There was no significant difference in the degree of alanine aminotransferase increase and the number of cases, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(2) Comparison of creatine kinase between the two groups: the elderly group The degree of increase in creatine kinase and the number of cases in the elderly group were significantly different after statistical comparison, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of statin therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease Wide range, but need to strengthen the monitoring of liver function and creatine kinase.
