扶正益髓方防治乳腺癌术后化疗骨髓抑制的价值体会

Value of Fuzheng Yisui Prescription in Prevention and Treatment of Bone Marrow Inhibition after Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer

目的观察乳腺癌术后化疗采取扶正益髓方来防治骨髓抑制的效果和价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者50例,随机分为对照组25例[CEF(环磷酰胺+表阿霉素+氟尿嘧啶)]和研究组25例(扶正益髓方+CEF),对比治疗效果。结果研究组化疗第5周(9.86±2.02)分、第9周中医证候评分(8.82±1.91)分、骨髓抑制(1、2度)68.00%、骨髓抑制(3、4度)28.00%、骨髓抑制出现时间(19.25±2.86)d、骨髓抑制恢复时间(53.67±14.35)d、不良反应率8.00%均优于对照组(10.92±2.61)分、(12.55±2.01)分、64.00%、36.00%、(15.76±2.92)d、(63.46±18.28)d、20.00%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正益髓方可有效防治乳腺癌术后化疗骨髓抑制,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect and value of Fuzheng Yisui recipe in preventing and treating bone marrow depression after breast cancer surgery. Methods Fifty patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(25 cases of CEF) and research group(25 cases of Fuzheng Yisui Fang + CEF). Results In the study group, the 5 th week(9.86±2.02), the 9 th week TCM syndrome score(8.82±1.91), the myelosuppression(1, 2 degrees) 68.00%, the myelosuppression(3,4 degrees) 28.00% The time of myelosuppression(19.25±2.86) d, the recovery time of myelosuppression(53.67±14.35) d, and the adverse reaction rate of 8.00% were better than the control group(10.92±2.61),(12.55±2.01), 64.00%, 36.00%,(15.76±2.92) d,(63.46±18.28) d,20.00%, the correlation was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Yisui Prescription can effectively prevent and treat bone marrow depression after breast cancer surgery, which is worth promoting.
