微信公众号在阿尔茨海默病患者延续护理中的应用

Application of Wechat Subscription in Continuous Nursing of Alzheimer’s Disease Patients

目的探讨微信公众号在阿尔茨海默病患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2019年1月收治的阿尔茨海默病患者101例,将先住院的49例患者设为对照组,后入院的52例患者设为观察组。患者出院后,对照组给予常规出院指导及每月电话随访1次;观察组在常规出院指导基础上,利用微信公众号开展延续护理干预。6个月后,比较两组居家照顾者阿尔茨海默病知识测评量表(ADKS)评分、生活自理能力评分(ADL)以及安全事件发生率的情况。结果观察组居家照顾者ADKS和对照组比较评分显著提高(P<0.05),患者的ADL评分较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),安全事件发生率较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信公众号的延续护理措施提高了居家照护者对疾病的认识,提高了患者的生活质量,降低了患者安全隐患的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of Wechat Subscription in the continuing nursing of Alzheimer ’s disease patients. Methods 101 patients with Alzheimer’s disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected. 49 patients who were hospitalized first were selected as the control group, and 52 patients who were hospitalized later as the observation group. After discharge, the patients in the control group were given routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up once a month;the patients in the observation group were given continuing nursing intervention based on routine discharge guidance, using Wechat Subscription. Six months later,the Alzheimer’s Disease Knowledge Scale(ADKS), Self-care Ability Scale(ADL) and the incidence of safety incidents were compared between the two groups. Results The ADKS scores of home caregivers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The ADL scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of safety incidents was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing measures of Wechat Subscription have improved the awareness of home caregivers about diseases, improved the quality of life of patients, and reduced the incidence of potential safety hazards of patients.
