微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗胫骨中下段骨折患者的临床疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗胫骨中下段骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月我院收治的40例胫骨中下段骨折患者,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组进行传统切开复位内固定术治疗,实验组进行微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗,比较两组治疗疗效。结果与进行传统切开复位内固定术治疗的对照组相比,采用微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗的实验组手术时间和骨折愈合时间均更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮接骨板接骨术治疗胫骨中下段骨折具有手术时间短、患者愈合快的特点,同时治疗疗效和安全性均较高,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures. Methods Forty patients with middle and lower tibial fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation, and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation, the experimental group treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis had shorter operation time and fracture healing time, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). The excellent rate of the experimental group after treatment was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures has the characteristics of short operation time and rapid healing of patients. Meanwhile, it has high curative effect and safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
