急性阑尾炎手术患者的综合护理措施与干预效果

Comprehensive Nursing Measures and Intervention Effects in Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的研讨急性阑尾炎手术患者的综合护理措施以及干预效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月在我院实施手术治疗的500例急性阑尾炎患者做研究分析,并通过随机抽签模式分组,A组(n=250)予以常规护理指导,B组(n=250)在常规护理指导下接受综合护理,对比A、B组的临床干预成效。结果 B组护理后的疼痛症状评分、下床时间、肛门排气时间等较A组缩短更明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。B组调查显示有97.2%的患者对护理服务满意,较A组的调查结果明显占优势,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对急性阑尾炎手术患者实施综合护理指导,能够取得较好的干预效果,值得推荐。

Objective To study the comprehensive nursing measures and intervention effects of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods A total of 500 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and analyzed by random sampling. Group A(n=250) was given routine care guidance, group B(n =250) Under the guidance of routine nursing, comprehensive nursing was compared to compare the clinical intervention results of groups A and B. Results The scores of pain symptoms, time of getting out of bed and time of anal exhaust in group B were shorter than those in group A, P< 0.05, with statistical significance.Group B survey showed that 97.2% of patients were satisfied with the nursing service, which was significantly superior to the A group, P< 0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing guidance for patients with acute appendicitis surgery can achieve better intervention results and is worthy of recommendation.
