骨科创伤治疗中采用微创技术的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Technique in Orthopaedic Trauma Treatment

目的探讨在骨科创伤治疗中采用微创技术的方法与疗效。方法研究对象是吉林省四平市第一人民医院骨科在2018年5月至2019年6月收治的骨科创伤患者共计200例,将全部患者分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组患者纳入100例。对照组采取常规手术方式治疗,观察组采用微创治疗措施治疗,治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率相比于对照组明显更高,两组结果存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组术后恢复时间、换药次数显著低于对照组,两组结果比较,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科创伤患者,应用微创技术治疗,能够快速缓解患者的痛苦,取得最佳的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the specific methods and effects of minimally invasive technology in orthopaedic trauma treatment. Methods A total of 200 orthopaedic trauma patients were admitted to the orthopaedic department of the First People’s Hospital of Siping City from May 2018 to June 2019, all patients were divided into two groups:observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine operation,while the observation group was treated by minimally invasive treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The recovery time and dressing change times in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the results of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive technique can quickly relieve the pain of patients with orthopaedic trauma and obtain the best therapeutic effect, it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
