舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Comfort Nursing in Laparoscopic Surgery of General Surgery

目的探讨在普外科腹腔镜手术中实施舒适护理的方法以及干预效果。方法选择本院2017年2月至2019年2月收治的普外科腹腔镜手术患者50例为研究对象,其中先入院的25例患者作为对照组,实施常规护理,后入院的25例患者作为研究组,实施舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果经过不同护理后,研究组患者术后下床时间、住院时间更短,术后舒适度、护理满意度更高,并发症率更低,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对普外科腹腔镜手术患者实施舒适护理可以促进患者术后康复,提升患者舒适度以及满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the comfortable nursing methods and intervention effects in general surgery laparoscopic surgery. Methods 50 cases of general surgery laparoscopic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the study object. Among them, 25 cases were first admitted as the control group,and routine nursing was carried out, and 25 cases were later admitted as the study group, and comfortable nursing was carried out. The effect of was compared between the two groups. Results After different nursing, the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization was shorter, the comfort degree and nursing satisfaction were higher, the complication rate was lower in the study group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing for laparoscopic surgery patients in general surgery can promote the recovery of patients, improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
