探讨个体化护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺炎患者中的应用效果

Exploring the Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pneumonia

目的探讨个体化护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取COPD患者共计300例,采用抽签的方式将其分为干预组和常规组,常规组患者给予常规的护理,干预组患者给予个体化护理干预,比较两组患者的肺功能和生活质量改善情况。结果干预后,干预组患者肺功能相关数据要明显好于常规组,干预组患者的评分要明显低于常规组患者,显示干预组患者的生活质量要高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床COPD患者的护理中,采用个体化护理干预对患者进行护理较之常规的护理方式,能够有效改善患者的症状,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia. Methods A total of 300 patients with COPD were enrolled in the intervention group and the routine group. The routine group received routine nursing care. The intervention group received individualized nursing intervention to compare the lung function and quality of life of the two groups. Improve the situation. Results After intervention, the lung function data of the intervention group were significantly better than the conventional group. The scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group, indicating that the quality of life of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion In the care of patients with clinical COPD, the use of individualized nursing intervention to care for patients is more effective than conventional care, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and is worth promoting.
