优质护理服务对恶性血液病患者焦虑抑郁的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Quality Nursing Service on Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Hematologic Malignancies

目的探讨分析优质护理服务对恶性血液病患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月我院收治的66例恶性血液病患者为观察对象,并随机分为普通组(n=33)与观察组(n=33),普通组患者行一般护理服务,对观察组患者行优质护理服务,比较两种护理方式对患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。结果对比分析两组间研究数据,两组护理前不良情绪评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后,两组患者不良情绪皆有改善,且观察组SDS、SAS评分更低于普通组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恶性血液病患者在临床中给予优质护理服务,能够有效改善其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing services on anxiety and depression in patients with hematologic malignancies. Methods Sixty-six patients with hematologic malignancies admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled and randomly assigned to the general group(n =33) and the observation group(n =33). The patients in the general group received general nursing service and the patients in the observation group received quality nursing service, compare the impact of the two types of care on patients’ anxiety and depression. Results Comparing the data between the two groups, there was no significant difference in the scores of prenatal care between the two groups(P> 0.05). After the nursing, the adverse emotions of the two groups improved,and the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower. In the general group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing services for patients with hematologic malignancies can effectively improve their anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical application.
