五音疗法联合太极悬灸治疗冠心病心绞痛合并焦虑抑郁的临床研究

Clinical study of five-element music therapy combined with Tai Chi suspended moxibustion for coronary heart disease angina pectoris with anxiety and depression

目的观察中医五音疗法联合太极悬灸治疗冠心病心绞痛合并焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月该院收治的冠心病心绞痛合并焦虑抑郁状态患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理基础上予以中医特色护理五音疗法联合太极悬灸。观察两组心绞痛临床疗效、症状量化积分,以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分情况。结果观察组心绞痛治疗总有效率为88.89%,对照组为73.33%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后症状量化积分及HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医五音疗法联合太极悬灸可有效缓解冠心病心绞痛症状,改善患者焦虑抑郁等情绪,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine five-element music therapy combined with Tai Chi suspension moxibustion on coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris with anxiety and depression.Methods 90 patients with CHD angina pectoris with anxiety and depression were selected in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019,and were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given five-element music therapy combined with Tai Chi suspension moxibustion on the basis of the control group nursing.The clinical efficacy,symptom quantification integral,Milton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was 88.99%and that in the control group was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The symptom quantification integral and the score of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The five-element music therapy combined with Tai Chi suspended moxibustion can effectively alleviate CHD angina symptoms,improve anxiety and depression of patients,and improve clinical therapeutic effect.
