摘要
本课题从安全性和舒适性的角度,基于ABAQUS软件,对空气弹簧的强度和频率进行了有限元分析。针对橡胶材料模型、帘线层模型、气体单元模型、接触非线性等关键问题,给出了具体的分析方法和过程。经耐压强度试验测试,结果表明:有限元数值计算结果与实际试验结果比较吻合,证明了有限元分析方法的正确性,同时也为空气弹簧力学性能预测提供了一种经济实用的方法。
From the perspective of safety and comfort,the strength and frequency of air spring are analyzed by finite element method based on ABAQUS software.Specific analysis methods and processes are presented for key problems such as rubber material model,cord layer model,gas element model and contact nonlinearity.The results of compressive strength test show that the numerical results of finite element analysis are in good agreement with the actual test results,which proves the correctness of the finite element analysis method and provides an economical and practical method for the prediction of the mechanical properties of air springs.
