电磁制动偏瘫患者行走康复训练装置研制

摘要 在充分调研的基础上,按照人体工程学原理及偏瘫患者康复的实际需要进行系统整体设计与参数确定,本课题研制一款辅助偏瘫患者康复的行走训练装置并完成原型装置制作。本研究设计制作的多功能行走辅助装置,采用四周环绕式设计,结构稳固,操作灵活,还配备了语音呼叫系统及电磁制动系统等,以提升患者舒适感、安全性。康复行走训练是偏瘫患者康复治疗的重要环节,使用本研究研制的行走辅助装置,可以提升患者的舒适度、安全性,同时减少对家属或康复护士的依赖。 Objectives To develop a rehabilitation device for patients with hemiplegia.Based on sufficient investigation,the system framework and parameters were determined and a prototype was made.The rehabilitation device developed in this study adopted wrap-around design.The architecture is very stable and easy to operate.Voice calling system and electromagnetic braking system were also integrated to promote the comfort and safety of patients.Rehabilitation device plays an important role in rehabilitation treatment.Using the device developed in this study,patients with hemiplegia can do rehabilitation by themselves.Therefore,reduces the dependency of their family members or rehabilitation nurses.
