浅谈高职类技能竞赛存在的缺陷及应对策略

举办职业技能竞赛既可促进学生综合素质的全面提升,又可提高教师的教学水平,真正做到教学相长。同时,通过技能竞赛能够有效促进高职院校“双师型”教师队伍的建设,促进学生就业和教学改革。基于此,本文就目前高职类职业院校技能竞赛的意义以及存在的问题进行剖析和研究,并提出了对应的策略,仅供参考。

Professional skill contests can promote the students'comprehensive quality to promote the comprehensive,and can improve teachers'teaching level.At the same time,the skills competition can effectively promote the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,promote the employment of students,and promote the reform of education and teaching,which is the embodiment of the talent training goal of vocational colleges.This paper analyzes and studies the significance and existing problems of skill competition in vocational colleges and puts forward corresponding strategies.
