摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了Er^3+、Yb^3+和Gd^3+共掺杂的Y2O3、Lu2O3荧光粉,并研究了其上转换发光和温度敏感特性。在980 nm激光激发下,样品辐射出明亮的绿光、红光和弱的紫外光。并讨论了紫外区Er^3+→Gd^3+的能量传递。利用荧光强度比方法研究了基于Er^3+的2H 11/2和4S 3/2两个热耦合能级在313~573 K范围内的光学温度传感特性,当Gd^3+离子掺杂浓度为10%时,样品的灵敏度最大为0.00591 K^-1。
Lu2O3(Y2O3)∶Yb^3+/Er^3+/Gd^3+phosphors were synthesized using a sol-gel method.Upconversion(UC)luminescence and temperature-sensing properties were investigated.Under 980 nm excitation,bright green,red,and weak ultraviolet emissions were observed.The optimal Gd^3+doping concentrations in Lu2O3(Y2O3)was 10%.The energy transfer processes from Er^3+to Gd 3+ions has been investigated and discussed.By utilizing the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)technique,the temperature sensing behaviors of the optimal sample are investigated based on the thermally coupled levels of 2H 11/2 and 4S 3/2 of Er^3+ions from 313 K to 573 K.The maximal sensitivity was gained to be 0.00591 K-1 for Y 2O 3∶1%Er^3+/1%Yb^3+/10%Gd^3+.
