摘要
采用水热过程与进一步热处理的方法合成了六方相GdInO 3∶Yb^3+/Ho^3+荧光粉。采用X射线粉末衍射(PXRD)对晶体结构和相纯度进行了检测,结构精修结果表明,获得的样品为纯的六方相GdInO 3∶Yb^3+/Ho^3+荧光粉。用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对合成材料的形貌进行了表征。在980 nm激光激发下,观察到Ho^3+离子的539 nm绿光发射(5S 2/5F 4→5I 8)和665 nm红光发射(5F 5→5I 8)。此外,还发现通过改变Ho 3+浓度得到了从绿光到黄光的可调发光特性。可调发光是由交叉弛豫(5F 4/5S 2+5I 7→5F 5+5I 6)过程引起的。GdInO 3∶Yb^3+/Ho^3+是一种很好的上转换材料,可用于照明和显示领域。
Yb^3+and Ho^3+codoped hexagonal GdInO 3 phosphor has been synthesized by hydrothermal process and further heat treatment.The crystal structure and phase purity were checked by means of powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),and the refinement results showed that pure phase GdInO 3∶Yb^3+/Ho^3+phosphors were obtained.The morphology of the synthesized materials was characterized by SEM and TEM.The upconversion(UC)luminescence properties of the phosphor were investigated.Green emission at 539 nm(5S 2/5F 4→5I 8)and red emission at 665 nm(5F 5→5I 8)of Ho^3+were observed upon 980 nm laser excitation.Moreover,it has been found that tuneable emission characteristics from green to yellow were obtained via the Ho^3+concentration modulation.The tunable emission is due to the cross-relaxation process(5F 4/5S 2+5I 7→5F 5+5I 6).The GdInO 3∶Yb^3+/Ho 3+can be a good candidate for upconversion material in lighting and display fields.
