摘要
分析了我国现行食用菌国家标准和行业标准中菌种及栽培标准的现状及存在问题,并围绕逐渐完善食用菌菌种及栽培标准体系、加快相关标准制修订和加快农药残留安全指标与国际标准接轨步伐三个方面,提出食用菌菌种及栽培标准发展建议。
This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the strain and cultivation standards of the national standard and the industry standard for edible fungi in China.Based on the three aspects of gradually perfecting the standard system of the strain and cultivation of edible fungi,speeding up the revision of relevant standards and speeding up the pesticide residue safety indicators keep pace with the international standards,this paper puts forward the development suggestions of the strain and cultivation standards for edible fungi.
