肿瘤急症与处理

Oncologic emergencies and their managements

肿瘤急症可发生在肿瘤的各个阶段,轻者会影响患者的生活质量,重者则需要住院治疗,甚至导致死亡。临床医师需要对肿瘤急症有充分认识,以便及时处理,尽可能改善患者的预后。本综述拟介绍肿瘤溶解综合征、中性粒细胞缺乏性发热、癫痫、上腔静脉综合征四种肿瘤急症,以提高临床医师的认识。

Oncologic emergencies occurs at all stages of tumor progress.It affects the patient’s life quality in mild cases,while in severe cases it requires hospitalization and even lead to death.Clinicians need to be fully aware of oncologic emergencies so as to deal with them in time and improve the prognosis.This review introduces four types of oncologic emergencies,tumor lysis syndrome,neutropenic fever,seizure,and superior vena cava syndrome,so as to help clinicians fully understand them.
