线粒体核糖体蛋白L13在肺腺癌中的表达及意义

Expression of mitochondrial ribosomal protein L13 and its prognostic significance in patients with lung adenocarcinoma

目的研究线粒体核糖体蛋白L13(MRPL13)在肺腺癌中的表达,探讨MRPL13在肺腺癌发生发展中的临床意义。方法从癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)下载肺腺癌数据集,获得MRPL13基因表达谱和临床信息。利用在线工具分析(1)MRPL13在肺腺癌以及正常肺组织中的mRNA表达差异;(2)MRPL13 mRNA在不同分期肺腺癌组织中的表达情况;(3)MRPL13蛋白在肺腺癌中表达情况;(4)MRPL13在肺腺癌组织中的表达对预后的影响。结果(1)与癌旁组织相比,MRPL13 mRNA在肺腺癌组织中高表达。(2)MRPL13 mRNA在I期肺腺癌组织中表达量最低,在IV期肺腺癌组织中表达量最高。(3)MRPL13蛋白在肺腺癌细胞质中高表达;(4)在肺腺癌患者中,MRPL13高表达与患者预后不良独立相关。结论MRPL13促进肺腺癌进展,是判断肺腺癌预后的标志物和治疗的潜在靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression of mitochondrial ribosomal protein L13(MRPL13)in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,and to explore the clinical significance of MRPL13 in the occurrence and development of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods The data set of patients with lung adenocarcinoma was downloaded from the cancer genome map(TCGA),and MRPL13 gene expression profile and clinical information were obtained.Online tools were employed to analyze:(1)The expression of MRPL13 between lung adenocarcinoma and normal lung tissues;(2)The expression of MRPL13 mRNA in different stages of patients with lung adenocarcinoma;(3)The expression of MRPL13 protein in patients with lung adenocarcinoma;(4)The significance of MRPL13 expression in the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Results(1)Compared with adjacent tissues,MRPL13 was highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues.(2)The expression of MRPL13 was the lowest in stage I in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and the highest in stage IV in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.(3)High expression of MRPL13 protein was found in the cytoplasm of lung adenocarcinoma tissues;(4)In patients with lung adenocarcinoma,high expression of MRPL13 was independently associated with poor prognosis.Conclusion MRPL13 promotes the progression of lung adenocarcinoma and is a potential target for prognosis and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.
