智慧社区GER模式的构建与协同运营

Construction and Collaborative operation of GER Model in Smart Community

物联网、云计算、互联网与大数据等已经渗透到人们生活的各个领域,智慧社区应运而生,但信息的风险、政府的引导及各环节的有机融合形成瓶颈。文章试着从政府、企业与居民三方博弈中证明其优化的必要性,并从政府的有序顶层智慧总体部署、智慧企业与社区密切合作与基于智慧居民的各小区的高度智慧化提出GER模式与协同运营。

The Internet of Things,cloud computing,the Internet and big data have all penetrated into all areas of people's lives.Smart communities have emerged.However,the support of information,the guidance of the government,and the organic integration of all links have become bottlenecks.This paper tries to prove the necessity of optimization from the three-way game between government,enterprises and residents,and proposes the GEC model and the coordinated operation from the orderly top-level wisdom overall deployment of the government,the close cooperation between the wisdom enterprises and the community,and the high wisdom of the communities based on the wisdom of the residents.
