摘要
第三方物流企业若想在日益激烈的竞争中争得一席之地,必须从根本上提升服务水平。基于云计算的服务创新管理是有效提高服务运营效率的途径之一,通过建立服务质量管理机制,来实现服务盈利能力提升的目标。目前,物流行业的发展基于物流产业信息化的建设,文章在此基础上,通过云计算来完成物流平台系统的构建,采用统一部署,面向整体业务建设,进而实现按需分配的系统设计,提高物流服务质量。

To achieve the goal of improving service profitability. At present, the development of the logistics industry is based on the construction of information technology in the logistics industry. On this basis, the construction of the logistics platform system is completed through cloud computing in this paper, adopting unified deployment, the overall business construction is carried out, and then the system design of on-demand distribution is improved, logistics service quality.
