摘要 近年来,食品安全案件屡次发生,亟需建设安全、可信、透明的食品安全信用体系来加强对食品产业链的监管,提高食品安全水平,保障国民饮食健康,而目前的食品安全信用体系主要面临着信用信息记录不完整、信息安全不对称、信用评级中心化等问题。区块链技术具有分布式记账、不可篡改与隐私保护、去中心化的特点,通过对食品供应链和食品安全信用体系的分析,构建基于联盟链技术的食品安全信用系统的模型,可以针对性地解决目前食品信用体系中面临的问题,提高食品安全信用的效率和透明度。文章对此进行了分析。 In recent years, food safety cases have occurred repeatedly. It is urgent to strengthen the supervision of food industry chain by building a safe, credible and transparent food safety credit system, improve the level of food safety and ensure the health of national diet. At present, the food safety credit system is mainly faced with incomplete credit information records and information security. All asymmetry, credit rating centralization and other issues. Block chain technology has the characteristics of distributed bookkeeping, nontampering, privacy protection and decentralization. Through the analysis of food supply chain and food safety credit system, the model of food safety credit system based on alliance chain technology is constructed, which can solve the problems faced in the current food credit system, improving the efficiency and transparency of food safety credit. This paper analyzes it.
