基于职业能力核心的汽车专业课程体系构建

湖南省汽车技师学院紧跟新潮、牢牢抓住机遇,创建国家级汽车专业高技能人才培训基地,学院以"三改一提"为方针,坚持学历教育、职业培训、就业指导和技能鉴定"四合一"的教学模式,坚持生产、教学、项目结合,建设以工作过程为导向、任务驱动的一体化课程体系,迎合面向企业的高技能人才培养需求。文章对此进行了分析。

Hunan Province Motor Vehicla Technician College in close contact with the new trend, firmly seize the opportunity, and create a national high-skill training base for high-skilled personnel of the automobile.
