从郁、瘀、痰、浊论糖尿病微血管病变中医病因病机 被引量:10

摘要 糖尿病微血管病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,目前现代医家对于糖尿病性微血管病变中医病因病机认识尚未完全统一,作者通过查阅大量文献,总结糖尿病微血管病变中医病因为消渴日久、气血阴阳俱损、气血不能畅行、本虚而六淫外邪侵袭,并由于郁、瘀、痰、浊错综复杂,损伤目、肾、四末,发为糖尿病微血管病变。中医药对于治疗糖尿病微血管病变优势明显,该研究旨在通过总结糖尿病微血管病变中医病因病机,丰富糖尿病微血管病变辨证论治体系,以更好地指导临床实践。 Diabetic micro-angiopathy is one of the most common chronic complications of Diabetes Mellitus.At present,modern healer have not completely unified their understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic micro-angiopathy in traditional Chinese medicine.Through consulting a large number of literature,the author summarizes that diabetic micro-angiopathy in traditional Chinese medicine is attacked by the six excesses because of the long time of dispersion-thirst,the damage of both Qi and blood,the inability of Qi and blood to flow freely,and the deficiency of the essence.Diabetic micro-angiopathy occurs at the end of depression,blood stasis,phlegm and turbidity,which damage the eyes,kidneys and extremities.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of diabetic micro-angiopathy.This study aims to enrich the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of diabetic microangiopathy by summarizing the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic micro-angiopathy,so as to better guide clinical practice.
