中药复方治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究进展

随着生活方式与社会环境的改变,2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝人群患病率日益增加,现代医学在临床治疗上尚缺乏特异有效的药物,中医学将其归为中医“消渴”“肥气”“胁痛”“积证”范畴,且近年来在中药复方治疗方面充分发挥了中医的优势,临床治疗上有着显著的收效,因此,作者通过分析和检索近年来有关2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的文献,总结了2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的中药复方治疗进展,使研究学者在临床应用中能够因证立法,随法选方,以达到更好的临床疗效。

With the changes in lifestyle and social environment,the prevalence of type 2 diabetes is not increasing in people with alcoholic fatty liver.Modern medicine lacks specific and effective drugs in clinical treatment,and the motherland medicine classifies it as a Chinese medicine.“Fat”,“consumptive thirst”and“product syndrome”,and in recent years,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine compound have been fully utilized,and clinical treatment has significant results.Therefore,the author has analyzed and retrieved related types in recent years.The literature on diabetes with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease summarizes the progress of traditional Chinese medicine combination therapy for type 2 diabetes with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,enabling researchers to use legislation in clinical applications to select better prescriptions in order to achieve better clinical efficacy.
