摘要
《伤寒论》中小柴胡汤具有和解少阳之功,方中柴胡一药性苦平,《神农本草经》谓“治心腹去肠胃中结气、饮食积聚、寒热邪气、推陈致新”。小柴胡汤以和解少阳、调节枢利为主旨,现代临床多用于头痛头晕、失眠、以及消化系统疾病等,程丑夫,主任医师,教授,博士生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,国家级名中医。程丑夫教授谴方谨,药简力专,处方体现了“整体”思想,临床经验丰富。善用小柴胡汤治疗中医内科胸痹心痛病、胃脘病、头痛病等病证,均获得良效。该文对程丑夫教授运用“小柴胡汤”的学术经验进行总结探讨,并附应用实例佐证。
In the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Xiao Chaihu decoction is a representative prescription for the treatment of Shaoyang Disease.The Radix bupleuri in Xiao Chaihu decoction tastes bitter and flat,“Shennong Herbal Medicine Classic”says that it treats the heart,stomach and intestines to regulate Qi,diet accumulation,cold and heat evil gas,pushing the old to bring the new.Xiao Chaihu decoction aims to reconcile Shaoyang and regulate pivotality.This modern clinical practice is mostly used for headache,dizziness,insomnia,and digestive diseases.This article intends to summarize the academic experience of Professor CHENG Choufu using Xiao Chaihu decoction.With application examples,it is expected to be clinically available.
