基于《临证指南医案》分析叶天士治疗脾胃病的用药组方规律

Analysis of Prescription rules of YE Tianshi in Treating Spleen and Stomach Diseases based on “Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An”

目的:应用数据挖掘的方法对《临证指南医案》中治疗脾胃病的处方进行整理分析,以期为中医药治疗脾胃病提供理论参考。方法:整理《临证指南医案》中治疗脾胃病的处方,录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)构建方剂数据库并分析用药组方规律。结果:共纳入内服汤剂处方355条,包含不同中药210味;使用频次最多的单味中药是茯苓,其次是人参、半夏;通过数据挖掘得到核心药对9对,演化得到新处方14首。结论:叶天士治疗脾胃病,擅使用“泻心法”化裁;注重甘味药物配伍;重视肺与脾胃的关系,从肺论治脾胃病在临床上可取得较好的疗效,值得临床工作者借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases in the Medical Records of Clinical Guidelines by data mining,so as to provide theoretical reference for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases in the Medical Records of Clinical Guidelines were sorted out,and the database of prescriptions was constructed on the V2.5 platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,and the rules of prescription composition were analyzed.Results:A total of 355 prescriptions of oral Decoction were included,including 210 different Chinese medicines;Poria cocos,ginseng and Pinellia ternata were the most frequently used single Chinese medicines;9 pairs of core medicines were obtained through data mining,and 14 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:YE Tianshi is good at treating spleen and stomach diseases by using the method of purging the heart,emphasizing the compatibility of sweet drugs,emphasizing the relationship between lung and spleen and stomach,and treating spleen and stomach diseases from lung theory can achieve better clinical efficacy,which is worthy of reference for clinical workers.
