基于数据发掘分析《四圣心源》中内伤杂病的用药组方规律

Based on data mining and analysis of the prescription of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases in “Sisheng Xinyuan”

目的:基于数据发掘分析《四圣心源》中内伤杂病的用药组方规律。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件对《四圣心源》中治疗内伤杂病的有效方剂进行性味归经分布、频次统计、组方规律、核心组合、新方的分析。结果:共收集有效方剂72首,涉及中药87味,使用频次>6的药物18味,以性温、味甘、归脾经类药物最多;支持度个数设置为14(20%),得到常用药对及组合17个;熵层次聚类方法,得到用于新方聚类的核心组合26个,聚合成新方13首。结论:黄氏认为脾虚土湿为百病之源,以阳衰土湿、水寒木郁为内伤杂病的基本病机,治以培土泻湿、扶阳抑阴,治疗上常用温热之品,顾护脾阳。

Objective:Based on data mining and analysis of the prescriptions of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases in“Sisheng Xinyuan”.Methods:The effective prescription of the treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases in“Sisheng Xinyuan”was carried out by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform V2.5 software to analyze the distribution of sexual taste,frequency statistics,prescription rules,core combination and new prescription.Results:A total of 72 effective prescriptions were collected,involving 87 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The use of drugs with a frequency of>6 was 18 flavors,with the highest temperature,sweetness and spleen and spleen.The number of support was set at 14(20%).17 common drug pairs and combinations were obtained;entropy hierarchical clustering method,26 core combinations for new party clustering were obtained,and 13 new parties were aggregated.Conclusion:Huang believes that the spleen deficiency soil is the source of all diseases,and the yang stagnation soil wetness and water cold wood depression are the basic pathogenesis of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases.The treatment is to cultivate soil and diarrhea,help Yang to suppress Yin,and treat the commonly used warmth.The product,care for the spleen and Yang.
