参芪降糖颗粒联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证

Shenqi Jiangtang Powder Combine pre-mix Insulin in the Treatment of Qi-Yin deficiency Syndrome Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年6月于我社区卫生服务中心就诊的2型糖尿病患者口服降糖药物控制不满意,且中医证型为气阴两虚证者72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组皮下注射优泌乐25;治疗组在对照组基础上口服参芪降糖颗粒。两组疗程均为12周。比较两组临床治疗疗效,治疗前后血糖指标变化情况及临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(97.22%)明显高于对照组(80.56%)(P<0.05),治疗组在加用参芪降糖颗粒治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白低于对照组.结论:参芪降糖颗粒联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证疗效显著,可明显改善患者血糖指标及临床症状,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Keli combined with premixed insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with Qi Yin deficiency.Methods:from January 2017 to June 2018,72 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our community health service center were not satisfied with the control of oral hypoglycemic drugs,and the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine was Qi Yin deficiency.According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases each.In the control group,Humalog Mix 25 was injected subcutaneously;in the treatment group,Shenqi Jiangtang Keli were taken orally on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 12 weeks.The therapeutic effect,the change of blood glucose index and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.56%)(P<0.05),The fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Shenqi Jiangtang Keli combined with premixed insulin has a significant effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Qi Yin deficiency.It can obviously improve the blood glucose index and clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
