生血宝合剂治疗肝肾阴虚型月经过少的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Shengxuebao Mixture on Treating Hypomenorrhea of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency

目的:探讨生血宝合剂治疗肝肾阴虚型月经过少的临床疗效。方法:将80例月经过少的患者按随机分配的原则分为2组,每组40例,对照组40例从月经周期第5天开始口服妈富隆1片qd,连续服用21天;治疗组40例在上述用药的基础上于月经周期第5天加生血宝合剂,连续服用10天,两组均治疗3个月经周期,停药3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组证候积分组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生血宝合剂联合西药治疗肝肾阴虚型月经过少疗效确切。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shengxuebao Mixture on the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency.Methods:80 patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group took oral Marveion 1 tablet qd from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle,and took continuous doses for 21 days. In the treatment group, 40 cases were added with 15ml tid of Shengxuebao mixture on the basis of the above drugs from the 5th day to the 15th day. Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles, and the efficacy was observed 3 months. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant in symptom scores between the 2 groups( P<0.05).Conclusion: Shengxuebao mixture combined with western medicine is effective in treating the type of liver and kidney Yin hypomenorrhea.
