铁包金按摩膏治疗类风湿性关节炎风寒湿阻证疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Syndrome of Blockade of Wind-cold Dampness Treated with Tiebaojin Massage Cream

目的:观察铁包金按摩膏治疗风寒湿阻证类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:将符合标准的80例风寒湿阻证类风湿性关节炎患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予铁包金按摩膏治疗,连续治疗8周后,采用疾病评估评分(DAS)判定疗效,观察并记录2组的临床症状指标、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和类风湿因子(RF)变化及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率72.5%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义;2组治疗后关节疼痛数、晨僵时间、ESR、RF、CRP等指标均较治疗前降低,双手平均握力增高,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;2组患者均未出现明显不良发应。结论:铁包金按摩膏能够改善风寒湿阻证类风湿性关节炎患者的临床症状、降低血清中相应指标,具有较好的临床疗效,且安全性好。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Tiebaojin massage cream in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with wind-cold and dampness syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the syndrome of cold,dampness and dampness were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given Tiebaojin massage cream treatment on the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the disease assessment score(DAS)was used to determine the efficacy.The clinical symptoms,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and rheumatoid factor(RF)were observed and recorded.reaction.Results:The effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group and 72.5%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After treatment,the number of joint pain,morning stiffness,ESR,RF,CRP and other indicators were lower than before treatment,the average grip strength of hands increased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant.There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Tiebaojin massage cream can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and reduce the corresponding indicators in serum,and has good clinical efficacy and safety.
