蛇伤凉血解毒汤改善蝮蛇咬伤患者肝酶、心肌酶的作用观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察蛇伤凉血解毒汤运用于蝮蛇咬伤火毒证患者治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年11月间,在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院住院的明确诊断为蝮蛇咬伤火毒证的患者112例。分为对照组和治疗组,为对照组行常规治疗;治疗组在行常规治疗的基础上加用蛇伤凉血解毒汤,并根据患者病证变化加减药物;观察两组患者的治疗有效指标。结果:治疗前,治疗组的ALT、AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH指标与对照组大致相当(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的ALT、AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蛇伤凉血解毒汤运用于蝮蛇咬伤火毒证患者的治疗,可以有效改善患者的肝酶、心肌酶指标。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the snake wound Liangxue Jiedu decoction in the treatment of patients with venom bite fire poison syndrome.Methods:A total of 112 patients who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were identified as having a python bite fire poison syndrome.Divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received routine treatment.The treatment group added the snake wound Liangxue Jiedu decoction on the basis of routine treatment,and added and subtracted drugs according to the patient’s disease.The effective therapeutic indicators of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:Before treatment,the ALT,AST,CK,CK-MB,and LDH indexes of the treatment group were roughly equivalent to those of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the ALT,AST,CK,CK-MB,and LDH indexes of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Snake wound Liangxue Jiedu decoction can be used to treat patients with venom bite wound poison syndrome,which can effectively improve liver enzyme and myocardial enzyme index.
