针灸治疗气滞血瘀型痛经研究概况

Advances in Research on Clinical Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Dysmenorrhea of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

原发性痛经是妇科的一种常见病、多发病,近年来其发病情况呈显著上升趋势,严重影响妇女的生活质量。中医学对于痛经的病因病机认识颇多,然多不外乎虚、实、气、血所致“不荣则痛”“不通则痛”。临床上其辨证以气滞血瘀型痛经最为多见。针灸是我国传统的“内病外治”的一种治疗手段。治疗痛经具有起效快、疗效高、副作用低、操作简便等优势。该文通过回顾性研究方法,从单纯针刺,针灸结合,针药结合,穴位埋线,穴位敷贴,耳穴以及综合等7个方面系统整理总结了近10年来针灸治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的临床研究概况。同时指出今后的研究只有解决了诸如病例筛选不严格、对照组设置不科学、随访体系缺乏等方面的不足,针灸治疗该病才会取得更加满意的临床疗效。

Primary dysmenorrhea is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology.In recent years,its incidence has shown a significant upward trend,seriously affecting women quality of life.The motherland medicine knows a lot about the etiology and pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,but it is nothing more than imaginary,real,Qi,and blood caused by“no glory is painful”and“nothing is painful.”Clinically,its syndrome differentiation is most common with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea.Acupuncture is a traditional treatment method for“inside disease treatment”in China.The treatment of dysmenorrhea has the advantages of rapid onset,high efficacy,low side effects and easy operation.Through retrospective research methods,this paper systematically summarizes the acupuncture treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea in the past 10 years from seven aspects:simple acupuncture,acupuncture combined with acupuncture and medicine,acupoint embedding,acupoint application,auricular acupoint and comprehensive.Overview of clinical research.At the same time,it is pointed out that the future research can only solve the shortcomings such as the case screening is not strict,the control group is not scientific,and the follow-up system is lacking.Acupuncture treatment will achieve more satisfactory clinical results.
