模块化双极性固态指数衰减脉冲电压源研制 被引量:4

摘要 为了模拟特高压直流换流阀饱和电抗器绝缘电气应力,研制了1台模块化双极性固态指数衰减脉冲电压源。参照1100 kV/5000 A特高压直流换流阀饱和电抗器的电压参数要求,采用双极性Marx电路与脉冲变压器组合的新型拓扑结构,并进行理论设计和PSPICE电路仿真,仿真结果与所需波形参数一致,证实所设计电路的正确性。结果表明:发生器在容性负载为12.5 pF时,可输出频率为50 Hz的双极性脉冲电压。正极性电压脉宽11.40μs,上升沿1.18μs,幅值0-10.9kV可调;负极性电压脉宽68.2μs,上升沿21.38μs,幅值0~2.27 kV可调。该模块化脉冲电压源可为后续研究工频脉冲电压下饱和电抗器绝缘的局部放电机制和老化失效机制提供实验条件。 In order to simulate the insulation electrical stress of saturable reactor,we developed a modular solid-state bipolar exponential decay pulse voltage source.Referring to the voltage parameters of the saturable reactor of 1100 kV high voltage direct current transmission(HVDC)converter valve,we proposed a new circuit topology that combines the Marx circuit and pulse transformer.Furthermore,we performed the theoretical design and PSPICE circuit simulation.The simulation results are consistent with the required waveform parameters,and the feasibility of the designed circuit proves to be correct.The results show that the generator can produce a bipolar pulse voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz when the capacitive load is 12.5 pF.The positive pulse is designed with a width of 11.40μs,a rise time of 1.18μs,and an amplitude of 0~10.9 kV.The negative pulse is designed with a width of 68.2μs,a rise time of 21.38μs,and an amplitude of 0~2.27 kV.The bipolar pulse voltage source can provide experimental conditions for the further study of partial discharge mechanism and aging failure mechanism of reactor insulation under power frequency pulse voltage.
